According to the National Hurricane Center,Miami-Dade County is no longer under the threat of Tropical Storm Nicole, which is located east of West Palm Beach and is forecast to reach hurricane strength later today.
However, heavyrainfall,localized flooding, and strong wind gusts are still possible overnight as the storm makes landfall.
Please exercise caution when traveling to and from campus.
