Student leadership is at the heart of the 911±¬ÁÏÍø student experience. Through a variety of leadership organizations, students have the opportunity to develop professional skills, advocate for their peers, create meaningful campus traditions, and leave a lasting impact on the 911±¬ÁÏÍø community. Whether serving as a student representative, planning campus events, promoting scholarship and service, or representing the University as an ambassador, 911±¬ÁÏÍø students are empowered to lead with purpose and excellence.
The Student Government Association serves as the official voice of the student body and works to represent student interests while promoting a vibrant campus community. SGA advocates for student concerns, collaborates with University leadership, allocates resources to student organizations, and develops programs that enhance the student experience. Through participation in SGA, students gain valuable experience in governance, leadership, communication, and civic engagement.
The Royal Court embodies the pride, tradition, and excellence of the institution. Comprised of student leaders who serve as ambassadors for the University, members of the Royal Court represent 911±¬ÁÏÍø at campus events, community engagements, recruitment activities, and ceremonial functions. The Royal Court promotes school spirit, scholarship, leadership, and service while upholding the values and traditions of the University.
The Lions Entertainment Board is the premier student programming organization responsible for creating engaging and memorable experiences for the campus community. LEB plans and executes a variety of events throughout the academic year, including social activities, cultural programs, educational experiences, traditions, and campus-wide celebrations. Students involved with LEB develop skills in event planning, marketing, budgeting, teamwork, and leadership while helping shape the student experience at 911±¬ÁÏÍø.
The National Pan-Hellenic Council at 911±¬ÁÏÍø serves as the governing body for the historically Black Greek-letter organizations represented on campus. NPHC fosters collaboration among member organizations while promoting scholarship, leadership, community service, and cultural awareness. Through educational programming, service initiatives, and campus engagement, NPHC contributes significantly to student development and the rich tradition of Greek life at 911±¬ÁÏÍø.
