
Dr. Kimberly Pellegrino is a tenured Associate Professor of Management at 911. She earned her Doctorate in Business Administration from Louisiana Tech University with specializations in Strategy, Leadership, and Organizational Behavior. Her minors are in Accounting and Quantitative Analysis. Dr. Kimberly Pellegrino’s teaching interests include strategic management, leadership, organizational behavior, and principles of management. Dr. Pellegrino brought gamification to the School of Business, and students gain hands-on management experience as a result, in the same way a pilot in training can experience flying a plane, with a simulation.

Dr. Pellegrino has more than 25 refereed publications. Dr. Pellegrino is certified to teach online and created one of the very first online courses ever offered in 911s School of Business. She is a certified Zenger Miller (Achieve Global) facilitator and has done management/leadership training for Fortune 500 companies, including ALCOA and FMC (Fluid Motion Control) as well as numerous small business development workshops in management.
